Nintendo Switch OLED The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition now official

The most anticipated game from Nintendo—The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom—is just around the corner and the company is releasing a special edition Nintendo Switch OLED before the game’s grand release.

The Nintendo Switch OLED Model – The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition system features designs that are derived from the game including the familiar Hylian Crest on the dock.

While the default JoyCons bear the aesthetics of the ‘Sheikah’ art through geometric patterns, combined with white, gold and green color palette.

It will be available for purchase on April 28 at a suggested retail price of USD 359.99.

Nintendo will also release two accessories—both with design influence from the Tears of the Kingdom—separately on May 12, the game launch date.

Namely, a Nintendo Switch Pro controller priced at USD 74.99 and a Switch carrying case (USD 24.99).

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game, the new special edition of Switch, and the two themed accessories are currently open for pre-orders.

Customers are advised to check with local retailers for further details.

However, upon checking with game dealers’ website such as DataBlitz and GameXtreme, only the game is currently available for pre-orders with Php 500 downpayment.
