OnePlus opens OnePlus Security Response Center bug bounty program

Listen to article

OnePlus, in partnership with HackerOne, has opened a bug bounty program called OnePlus Security Response Center (OneSRC).

According to OnePlus, the company established OneSRC to boost their cybersecurity. Similar to other bug bounty programs, OneSRC will offer a bug bounty to security researchers who discover and report bugs and threats to the OnePlus system. OnePlus stated that their partnership with HackerOne will allow the security platform to “tap into their extensive network of security experts to surface the most relevant security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by external actors.

Security researchers who find bugs and report OnePlus-related threats will be rewarded accordingly, depending on the impact of the threat. OneSRC’s bounty rewards begin at USD 50, up to a maximum amount of USD 7,000.
