Ookla once again hails Smart as the fastest mobile operator during Q3 of 2023 in the Philippines. Smart achieved the fastest median download speed at 37.64 Mbps. Globe follows second at 26.44 Mbps, and DITO at 19.74 Mbps.

Apple devices still dominate in terms of median download speeds gaining 51.19 Mbps. Samsung gained only 37.76 Mbps, while Xiaomi is at 30.66 Mbps.

Compared to the previous month, both mobile and fixed broadband speeds experienced a slight boost.

December 2023 stats increased to 28.12 Mbps (mobile) and 92.92 Mbps (fixed broadband) median country speeds. These figures are higher than November’s stats at 27.75 Mbps (mobile) and 92.19 Mbps (fixed broadband), respectively.
