Oppo has unveiled the OPPO K12x 5G in India, which the company claims is the “toughest 5G phone in the segment.” Positioned as an entry-level 5G smartphone, it boasts an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.
The phone features splash touch technology, allowing for use with wet hands or even a wet screen. However, compared to the regular OPPO K12x, this 5G variant has a toned-down display, opting for an HD+ LCD panel instead of a Full HD+ OLED screen.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, supported by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
