OPPO China is gearing up to launch their newest tablet with their upcoming ColorOS 16.

OPPO has posted an official teaser on Weibo for the OPPO Pad 5. It showcases that the tablet will be shipped with the upcoming ColorOS 16 as its operating system.

A rumor suggests that the OPPO Pad 5 will run on MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ instead of a Qualcomm chipset. A 12.1-inch LCD panel up to 144Hz refresh rate may be the tablet’s screen.

Other than the operating system it will use, no official specs for the OPPO Pad 5 have been revealed just yet. The OPPO Pad 5 will officially launch in China on October 16, 2025.
