The OPPO K13x, OPPO K12x, and OPPO Reno12 F are three new mid-range smartphones that OPPO has added to the ColorOS 16 rollout. The system needs ColorOS 16 as a complete system upgrade because its download size exceeds 2GB. The Reno 15 Pro Mini is IP69-certified for dust and water resistance and runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 out of the box. Apex Guard also includes software innovations with ColorOS 16, delivering improvements in animation smoothness and system responsiveness through technologies like the Luminous Rendering Engine and Trinity Engine. This week, OPPO launched ColorOS 16 along with the Find X9 Series. It’s powered by the Luminous Rendering Engine and is built on ColorOS 15’s Parallel Animation technology. Along with the OPPO Find X9 Series, the global launch of ColorOS 16 is coming soon. One of its newest features include Seamless Animation, which builds on ColorOS 15’s Parallel Animation.
