ColorOS 16 update arrives on three more OPPO phones

Listen to article

The OPPO K13x, OPPO K12x, and OPPO Reno12 F are three new mid-range smartphones that OPPO has added to the ColorOS 16 rollout.

Users must be on specific firmware versions to install the update, which can be checked through Settings > System & update > Software update. Users who cannot find the update must use the beta program to request access to the Release Candidate.

The system needs ColorOS 16 as a complete system upgrade because its download size exceeds 2GB. The system requires users to back up their data and check their available storage space and their device battery status before they can begin the installation process.

The update is currently rolling out in India for the K13x and K12x, while the Reno12 F is receiving it in Indonesia. OPPO plans to roll out the update to more devices later this month.
