An article from Hungry Geeks shows that the PlayStation 5 Pro has been spotted and priced in the Philippines. For reference, this is a Japanese version of the console that can be found at DataBlitz OPUS Mall

Launched just last month, the PS5 Pro comes equipped with an updated GPU with an edge in ray tracing. On top of offering better performance, this console features PlayStation’s Spectral Super Resolution to increase frames.
The Pro model also has a 2TB SSD, offering tons of storage for games and files. Since the titles these days are a bit heavy, users will surely appreciate the ample space. Plus, this console also supports WiFi 7 to make for seamless connectivity.
However, Sony has excluded a disc drive on the PS5 Pro. This change makes it a digital-focused console with the option to purchase a separate disc drive. This is a deciding factor on why the PS5 Pro wasn’t launched in the Philippines.

The PlayStation 5 Pro is being sold in countries that are more invested in their ecosystem. If users are interested, it’s priced at PHP 51,999. As a side note, users should prepare to pay extra for a PlayStation Network subscription since it caters to digital titles.
