Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date for the Galaxy M36 5G in India, June 27 at 12 noon. The mid-range device will be available via Amazon and comes in three colors: Orange Haze, Velvet Black, and Serene Green.

The Galaxy M36 features a 6.6-inch display protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+, and Samsung touts up to 2-meter drop protection. It sports a triple rear camera setup: 50MP main with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro, while the front gets a 13MP selfie cam housed in a notch—an unexpected shift from the hole-punch design on the M35.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the Exynos 1380 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM. It will launch with Android 15 and One UI 7 out of the box.

With upgraded durability and a focus on camera improvements, the M36 aims to refine Samsung’s budget 5G experience in the Indian market.
