Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip7 Olympic Edition, a special smartphone made to celebrate the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, happening from February 4 to 22, 2026.

Like previous Olympic designs, this one will not be available for purchase either. Samsung will, however, hand out almost 3,800 units to athletes representing 90 countries participating in the Games. This makes it a limited edition device, and it won’t be long before it appears on online marketplaces.
The device boasts a bold blue rear design that takes inspiration from Italian blue, accompanied by a gold metal body that represents victory and standing on the podium. It also comes with a clear magnetic case featuring gold laurel leaves, a timeless representation of success.
On the software front, the device comes with special wallpapers and pre-installed applications such as Athlete365, Galaxy Athlete Card, and the Olympic app. Samsung is even including a 100GB 5G eSIM so that athletes stay connected during the Games.
Distribution starts January 30 at Olympic Villages across six cities.
