Sony Philippines showcased its latest wearable audio innovation at a community-driven night run in Bonifacio Global City, highlighting how technology can blend seamlessly with movement and everyday life.

Held on March 28, 2026 in partnership with Uptown Run Club, the Eco Run event was organized in celebration of Earth Hour. The activity brought together runners for a neon-lit night run focused on promoting environmental awareness, active lifestyles, and community engagement.
At the center of the event was the Sony LinkBuds Clip, a new pair of open-style earbuds designed for comfort and situational awareness. Built for movement, the earbuds allow users to listen to music while still hearing their surroundings, making them suitable for outdoor activities such as running.

Sony positioned the LinkBuds Clip as a lifestyle companion, emphasizing features like a secure fit, reduced ear fatigue, and a socially friendly design that allows users to stay connected to conversations while wearing them.
Participants were able to try the earbuds through interactive booth activities, where they tested stability and comfort during movement. A curated playlist and guided exercises were also part of the experience, showcasing how the device performs in active scenarios.
The event also featured fitness sessions led by coaches, including national athlete Tess Nocyao, adding a professional training element to the run.

To further engage attendees, Sony hosted raffles and giveaways, offering LinkBuds Clip units and exclusive perks through its My Sony Rewards program.
With the “Move with LinkBuds Clip” initiative, Sony continues to focus on integrating audio technology into everyday experiences, combining music, movement, and community-driven activities.
The Sony LinkBuds Clip is now available at Sony Centres and authorized dealers nationwide.
