Spotify Lite launched in the Philippines

Spotify has just launched a lighter version of its app called Spotify Lite.

The company describes Spotify Lite as an app designed for individuals who have limited data and storage. One of its key difference from the standard Spotify app is that Spotify Lite only requires about 10MB of space, as opposed to the standard app’s requirement of 100MB. Spotify Lite also has a feature that allows users to set a data limit; the app will send a notification if the user reaches the set limit.

Spotify Lite is now available in 36 markets globally, including the Philippines. You can download the app on Google Play.
