Along with the Mi Smart Projector 2, Xiaomi has also launched the Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 that sports a Qualcomm IPQ5000 processor and offers dual-band Wi-Fi 6 network coverage.
The mesh system is equipped with a Qualcomm IPQ5000 processor and 256MB memory. Its 2.4GHz Wi-Fi channel is boasted to support a maximum rate of 574Mbps while its 5GHz Wi-Fi channel has a maximum rate of 2402Mbps. For its coverage, the mesh system has a reach of up to 4,000 sq. ft and can connect up to 254 devices thanks to its OFDMA transmission.
This tower-type, rectangular cube-shaped mesh conceals its dual-band antennas within and features a large metal heat sink for thermals to ensure stable operation. Additionally, it features self-repairing capabilities, which means that it reconfigures itself when a failed node is detected in order to continue with normal network operation.
The Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 (2-Pack) is priced at EUR 149. There’s no word yet about their local pricing and availability, so stay tuned to our page for more updates.
