Xiaomi has launched the Sound Party 50W Bluetooth speaker in the Philippines. It’s a portable, outdoor-ready speaker that weighs around 1.2kg and is designed for easy carrying with a hidden handle.
The speaker delivers a total output of 50W, split between a 15W tweeter and a 35W woofer. It covers a frequency range of 60Hz to 20KHz and has a signal-to-noise ratio of ≥80dB.
Audio is tuned with Harman AudioEFX, and there’s a Bass Boost Mode for deeper lows. It also features “Time Tunnel” ambient lighting for added visual effects.
Powering the Sound Party is a 7.3V 5200mAh battery, which Xiaomi claims can last up to 26 hours on a single charge. It charges via 12V/2A and can also act as a power bank to charge other devices.
For connectivity, the speaker supports Bluetooth 5.4 with a range of up to 25 meters, and features like TWS Mode and Party Connect, allowing users to pair with up to 100 units for a bigger sound setup.
The device is also IP67-rated for dust and water resistance, making it more suitable for outdoor use.
