Xiaomi unveils Mi 5s Plus, Snapdragon 821 and dual-camera setup in tow

Xiaomi has proved that it’s very much aware of current trends and with that they have announced a Plus variant of its new Mi 5s flagship.

The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is a 5.7-inch phablet that share’s the about the same internals as its smaller brother but has two rear cameras. It’s got a dual camera setup equipped with two 13MP sensors — an RGB and a monochrome. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with a fast UFS 2.0 ROM and 4G+ radios.

The handset will come in two variants, a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and a 6GB + 128GB option. Pricing will be at CNY 2299 (~Php16,600) and CNY 2599 (~Php18,800), respectively. Sale starts on September 29.
