ZTE has officially launched the U60 Pro 5G Mobile WiFi hotspot in China, blending high-speed connectivity with a portable design. First showcased at MWC 2025, the device is now available for pre-order on JD.com, priced at CNY 1,899 (PHP 14,688.52).
The U60 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X75 modem platform, supporting 5G-A networks with download speeds up to 4.29Gbps, enhanced by 3CC carrier aggregation. It also supports the N79 frequency band, ensuring better coverage in dense environments.
For Wi-Fi, the device features Wi-Fi 7 technology with dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) support, offering peak wireless speeds up to 3600Mbps. It utilizes Preamble Puncture technology to improve reliability in congested network conditions and can connect up to 64 devices simultaneously.
Equipped with a 10,000mAh battery, the U60 Pro delivers up to 29 hours of continuous use or 53 days of standby time. It supports 27W fast charging and 18W reverse charging, allowing it to function as a power bank for other devices.
The device features a 3.5-inch HD touchscreen with a minimalist UI, making it easy to monitor battery status, signal strength, and data usage. Its compact body measures 158mm × 73mm × 16mm, making it convenient for on-the-go use.
The U60 Pro incorporates nine omnidirectional 5G antennas, providing 360-degree coverage and strong wall penetration. AI-driven features include intelligent bandwidth prioritization, a children’s protection mode, and a 30% reduction in packet loss for smoother performance.
Additional features include NFC tap-to-connect for easy Wi-Fi access with Android phones, built-in support for NetEase’s UU Game Accelerator to minimize gaming latency, and compatibility with the ZTE Smart Life app for remote management and AI voice controls.
With its combination of high-speed connectivity, robust battery life, and user-friendly features, the ZTE U60 Pro stands out as a versatile option for users seeking reliable internet access on the go.
