Acer launches Predator gaming lineup in the Philippines

Acer Philippines has launched in the country their Predator gaming lineup consisting of desktops, laptop, tablet, monitor, and a projector.

Predator G3-710 Gaming Desktop

First up is the Predator G3-710. This VR-ready desktop is powered by 6th-Gen Intel Core CPU (up to i7-6700), up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX970 GPU, up to 64GB DDR4 RAM, up to 1TB HDD and Windows 10. In addition it features IceTunnel to keep everything cool, 4K2K resolution support, SoundBlaster Cinema 2 and EAX 5.0 sound technology. All of that are housed in a chassis resembling an armor. Price is at Php59,999.

Predator G1 Gaming Desktop

Next is the more compact gaming desktop – the Predator G1. It features the same design as the G3 but with red accents and a 16-liter body. Inside is a 6th-Gen Intel Core CPU, NVIDIA GeForce GPU supporting up to GTX Titan X, up to 64GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 10, USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type C port, Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5, Killer DoubleShot Pro, and Dual Headset Cradles.

Predator 15 Gaming Laptop

Acer is not to be left behind when it comes to gaming laptops with the Predator 15. It sports a 15.6-inch display that comes in Full HD or 4K resolution, 6th-Gen Intel Core i7 CPU, up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M GPU, up to 64GB RAM, 1TB HDD + 512GB SSD, SoundPound 2.1 speakers, Predator ProZone customizable backlit keyboard, and Windows 10. Introduced late last year is the Acer Predator 8 GT-810 Android gaming tablet. It sports an 8-inch Full HD IPS display, Intel Atom x7-Z8700 quad-core CPU, and Intel HD Graphics Gen 8. Although featuring mean aesthetics and marketed as a gaming tablet, it only has 2GB of RAM, and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Other features included a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front, PRedator Quadio four-speaker with Dolby Audio and 4,420mAh battery. The Predator 8 now has a price tag of Php12,984.

Predator X34 Monitor

If you’re interested in the Predator desktops mentioned earlier, then you might want to take a look at the PRedator X34 gaming monitor. It claims to be the world’s first 34-inch curved gaming monitor with QHD (3440 x 1440) resolution, supports NVIDIA G-SYNC, features a ZeroFrame design which means thin bezels for seamless multi-monitor setups, 100% sRGB coverage, two 7w speakers with DTS Sound, up to 100Hz refresh rate with built-in overclocking, and LED underglow. Predator Z650 Projector

Now if monitors are not your thing, you can also go for the Predator Z650 short-throw projector. It can project 100-inch images and videos from as close as 1.5 meters, has Full HD resolution with 20,000:1 contrast ratio, 2,200 lm brightness, two 10W speakers with DTS sound, Bluetooth audio support, WirelessHD-kit, 3,000 hour lamp life, and an array of ports including HDMI and VGA. Like the monitor above, it’s also expensive at Php78,990.

Predator 8? Prey 8 is more appropriate name. Di pa narelease deadz na. Kinain na ng competition.

Deceptive yang mga “up to…” phrases na yan. For 59,999 I highly doubt you are getting a GTX 970 and 64GB of RAM.
