Acer has just announced its latest Android tablet that packs a 10-inch IPS screen – the Iconia A3.
The Acer Iconia A3, sports a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280 x 800) IPS display that calculates to a pixel density of 149ppi and an aspect ratio of 16:10. It features a 5 megapixel rear camera, WiFi connectivity, built-in 3G mobile data connection, and Bluetooth 4.0.
Powering the device is a quad-core 1.2GHz cortex A7 CPU, Android 4.2 Jellybean, and comes in 16GB or 32GB of internal storage with microSD card support.
The Iconia A3 (WiFi) will be available in Europe, Middle East and Africa in early October with a suggested a starting price of 249 Euros (Php14,500USD 247INR 20,947EUR 235CNY 1,799). The Iconia A3 (3G) on the other hand will be available in early November with a starting price of 299 Euros (Php17,400USD 296INR 25,136EUR 282CNY 2,159).
