Apple releases macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Apple has finally rolled out its new macOS 10.13 High Sierra update and it is now available for download at Mac App Store for free and is 4.80GB in size.

The new update upgrades the performance, reliability and security of your Mac with the new Apple File System. You can now update to a new file system architecture designed for all-flash Macs. Apart from that, you can now create and watch high-resolution video with High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) or H.265, which uses up to 40% less space without sacrificing quality.

Apple also improved its Metal with the new Metal 2, allowing you to discover immersive tools for content creation with support for virtual reality. Siri gets to have makeover, as well. With the new update, you may now be able to hear Siri’s voice in more variations in intonation, emphasis and tempo. Also, Live Photos enables you to make short videos with its new Loop and Bounce effects.
