ASUS and Seagate have partnered up to bring the PC Upgrade Overdrive promo. With every purchase of a DIY PC set powered by the two companies, customers will enjoy instant upgrade of their storage.

The purchase can be from any ASUS Kaby Lake motherboard (Z270, H270, or B250), any ASUS graphics card, any ASUS LCD, or a 3.2” 1TB Seagate FireCuda hard drive. Buying any of these will entitle the customer for a free upgrade to a Seagate 2TB FireCuda HDD instantly.
This promotion will start on February 6, 2017 and will run until March 31, 2017.
Full Mechanics:
1. The promotion is open to all customers who will purchase select ASUS components and Seagate Hard Drive.

Can someone clarify if you need to purchase HDD because it says “free upgrade to”. Why not just phrase it to “free firecuda hdd”(if that was the case)..
You need to include the 1TB FireCuda first in your upgrade list. I think this only means na ASUS will be giving you a free upgrade to 2TB FireCuda if you decide to upgrade using their and Seagate’s parts. Not bad…
