My concern with ASUS is that they seem to have poor after sales service i.e. under warranty service. Had a problem with the Zen2 I bought at their ATC kiosk after a little more than 2 mos of use. I was referred to MSI (asus pi official service center) Taguig branch and was told the lcd needs to be replaced….that was 20 days ago to be exact.

Yesterday, I called to follow up and was told they are still awaiting the replacement parts from ASUS.

    YOU are hereby warned!!!

Asan? Where in the Philippines can we buy the Asus Zenpad S 8.0? Why didn’t Yugatech lists the stores/kiosks that carried the item? Its easy to say meron pero its another thing to say saan. Last August nyo pa sibasabi available na to sa PInas…Poor As(s)us!

It’s so funny that ASUS PH says it’s official but their retailer kiosk at a big mall like ATC has no stock and the salesperson has no clue about this tablet. I’ve asked about this several times, in several different occasions, and all I get are rude stares and a “wala po kaming ganyan sir.” remark.

ganyan din ang ginawa ko sa lahat ng kiosk sa Megamall at Glorieta.
At least sa Glorieta, may isa dun (katapat ng Clippers) na nagsabi sa akin na first week of Nov nga daw siya dadating.
