Razer has just introduced a new version of their BlackWidow Ultimate mechanical gaming keyboard, and this time, it has an IP54 rating for splash and dust resistance.

This follows Corsair’s release of their own durable K68 mechanical gaming keyboard, which has an IP32 rating itself. Perhaps this has started a new trend of durable gaming peripherals with IP-ratings.

The new water and dust-resistant BlackWidow Ultimate retains its individually backlit green LED keys, as well as Razer Green Mechanical Switches.
It is now available through Razer’s online store for $109.99 (Php5.6k) and is expected to be available worldwide before the end of the year.

But is it rage-proof?
