The kind folks at the MIUI Forums has just released their new MIUI 6 Express/Lite launcher which can be downloaded and installed on non-Xiaomi Android smartphones.
The new MIUI Express launcher sports the look and feel of the MIUI 6. It includes themes, lockscreen, wallpapers, effects, icons, fonts, and access to some of Xiaomi’s apps like the MI App Market. We installed it on the Cherry Mobile Pulse and so far it’s working smoothly. Some parts are in Chinese but not a lot that will confuse users.

at first it did not work on my cp, then i tried uninstalling some apps that i rarely used and re-install miui again, restarted the cp, and it works. i also installed to some budgets cp namely alcatel soliel and alcatel magic. the miui works fine.
