The latest report from Akamai points to the average internet speed in the Philippines at 3.5Mbps for Q1 of 2016. While there is a steady increase in average speed in the Philippines (in the range of 5-10% per quarter), the country actually dropped in rankings, from #104 in Q1 2015 to #113 in Q1 2016.
