The main highlights include a more powerful, more efficient CPU and GPU, a new Image Signal Processor (ISP), and 8th Gen Neural Processing Unit (NPU). For CPU architecture, the chip uses ‘all big core design’ boasting one Cortex-X925 super-performance core at 3.62GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 3.3GHz, and four Cortex-A720 efficiency cores at 2.4GHz. Under the hood, the device is powered by a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. On board, there’s a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and Xiaomi HyperOS 3. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and it runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Inside, the smartphone is powered by a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Leading the lineup is the SPARK 50 5G, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
