This is a little better than the 44.8% LTE availability that the Philippines got back in November 2016. Compared to neighboring countries, the Philippines trails behind Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand in VoLTE adoption. GSMA Intelligence estimates VoLTE penetration in the Philippines could rise to 43.2% this year.
