BYD is flipping the script on EV charging, unveiling a revolutionary megawatt-level charger that delivers an astonishing 1,000kW of power—enough to add up to 400km of range in only five minutes. All of this combines to enable charging speeds twice as fast as Tesla’s latest Superchargers. Now, charging technology has advanced so much that a phone can be fully charged in under 5 minutes. According to realme, the 320W SuperSonic Charge technology can fully recharge a smartphone in just under 5 minutes more precisely, in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Even a brief one-minute charge gives 26% battery, while 50% is achieved in just 2 minutes. The charger is also compatible with various charging standards, including UFCS (up to 320W), SuperVOOC (realme, OPPO, OnePlus), and PowerDelivery (PD). Additionally, it offers two USB-C ports that can simultaneously charge realme devices up to 150W and laptops up to 65W.
