The Dimensity 6400 still uses TSMC’s 6nm process, keeps the same octa-core setup, and even carries over the same GPU as its predecessor. For photography, its Image Signal Processor (ISP) supports cameras up to 108MP, with dual-camera setups capped at 16MP + 16MP. Under the hood, the device is powered by a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. On board, there’s a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and Xiaomi HyperOS 3. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and it runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Inside, the smartphone is powered by a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Leading the lineup is the SPARK 50 5G, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
