The LTMS is one of the government's largest digital transformation projects, handling millions of records and transactions involving drivers, vehicles, and transport operators nationwide. JoyRide said it reduced its commission for four-wheel vehicles from 20% to 15%, with some drivers able to bring it down further to 10% through incentives tied to activity levels. The company also introduced fuel discounts, rebates, and incentives, while exploring a shift toward electric vehicles to reduce long-term costs.
