#AIR GLASS 2

Announced last December, OPPO finally showcased its second iteration of its Air Glass assisted reality smart glasses, the OPPO Air Glass 2, at Mobile World Congress 2023. Coming in at a light weight of 38g, OPPO showed off some of the different use cases for the Air Glass 2. In particular, OPPO showcased how the Air Glass 2 glasses could be used for keeping track of calendar events, using it for navigation, and utilizing it as a teleprompter for office presentations. The Air Glass 2's could even be modified to have different lenses and vision correction. For us, our favorite use case of the Air Glass 2 is definitely the Speech-to-Text feature, which converts speech from another person to text that is displayed on one of the lenses (as shown below). We definitely think this is a great feature for smart glasses, especially for those who may be hard of hearing. OPPO says that the Air Glass 2 was designed to be almost indistinguishable from regular glasses and we're definitely excited to test them out once they're available to the public. OPPO has just announced three new products at their Oppo Inno Day 2022: the OHealth H1, the MariSilicon Y, and the Air Glass 2.
