Alcatel has always used Android as its weapon of choice when it comes to powering their smartphones, but it looks like its starting to branch out to include Microsoft's Windows Phone with its entry-level Alcatel One Touch View. The Alcatel One Touch View smartphone will sport a 4-inch IPS LCD with 480×800 resolution, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, a VGA front-facing camera, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and 4GB of built-in storage in which 2.9GB will be available to the user.
