The Metro Manila Council headed by Paranaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez says that Metro Manila mayors have unanimously voted to downgrade to Alert Level 1 starting March 1. In a meeting held Tuesday night (February 22), the mayor said that they will be sending a recommendation to the Metro Manila Development Authority or MMDA to downgrade the Alert Level from the current Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 1.   In an earlier report, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said that Alert Level 1 will likely be considered as the new normal scenario until the state of public health emergency is lifted in the country. Other government agencies such as the DILG said that they had misgivings about downgrading the alert level in Metro Manila due to risks of another COVID-19 surge. Despite of the success that Samsung has been in the enjoying in the tablet/smartphone department, the South Korean firm isn’t about to rest on its laurels and is now looking to be one of the key players in the audio industry by unveiling the new Samsung Level portfolio.
