AMD has announced its new 4000-series mobile APUs at CES2020. [table id=1294 /] These new APUs are designed similarly to AMD's desktop processors, with eight cores split between two CCX units communicating over the infinity fabric. These new mobile APUs also support AMD SmartShift technology, which dynamically transfers power from the Ryzen processor to the Radeon Graphics and vice versa to give users an extra boost in performance to whichever component is being leveraged the most.
