Google's Android 17, codenamed "Cinnamon Bun," has reached platform stability. The Pixel 6 and 6 Pro will get Android 17 as their final major OS update, with support ending in October 2026. A massive slice of phones sold here runs on Snapdragon 4-series or Dimensity 6000-series chips. Brands like OPPO, realme, vivo, and Xiaomi are testing Android 17 only on their flagships so far: OPPO officially launched Android 17 Beta 2 for the OPPO Find X9 Pro, OnePlus for the OnePlus 15, with Vivo opening the developer preview for the Vivo X300 Pro and iQOO 15.
