Last month, Google released its fourth and final Developer Preview of the Android O to some Nexus and Pixel devices. Well, I guess the long wait is finally inching to its end as Evan Blass (@evleaks) posted a tweet that Android O's release date is on 8/21, which apparently could mean August 21. https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/896191945701249024 Despite that, there's still no official name for the Android O and a lot of people have guessed beforehand that it would be called "Oreo". Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. The new android version also introduces a new taskbar that allows users to switch between different apps.
