Nothing is opening the Beta of Essential Apps, a new way to create apps built around the user. Instead of standard apps made for everyone, Essential Apps lets you describe what you need in plain language. The Essential Apps Builder turns it into a working app for your home screen. Essential Apps currently support Location, Calendar (read-only), and Contacts. The brand's Playground is where users can for create, explore, and share apps and connects with Nothing’s other tools like Essential Space, Essential Search, and Essential Memory. Essential Apps will roll out to more devices later this year. Apple has loosened its grip on retro console emulators within the App Store. The updated App Store guidelines now permit these long-banned emulators, allowing those already availeble to Android to make their way onto iPhones.
