Apple has introduced a new subscription option on the App Store that lets users pay monthly while committing for 12 months. Developers can now set up this subscription type using App Store Connect and test it using Xcode. This gives app creators another way to offer pricing options to users. Apple said the goal of this update is to make subscriptions easier to manage while giving users clearer payment options. Meta has announced the global rollout of new subscription plans for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, adding paid features across its social media and messaging platforms. The company introduced Facebook Plus and Instagram Plus, both priced at $3.99 per month, while WhatsApp Plus will cost $2.99 monthly.
