Apple Fitness+, a fitness and wellness service from Apple, will officially launch in the Philippines on December 15, giving users access to guided workouts and meditation sessions on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. With Fitness+, users can choose from 12 workout types, including Strength, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Meditation. Users can follow workouts on their Apple devices and can view personal details like heart rate, calories burned, Activity ring progress, and effort level using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3. Workouts also include music through Apple Music, with playlists from different genres like Upbeat Anthems, Latest Hits, Hip-Hop/R&B, and Latin Grooves. Apple is also adding a K-Pop genre that will be available across all workout types. Fitness+ also offers Custom Plans, which create a schedule based on a user’s preferred workout types, trainers, durations, or music. Fitness+ costs ₱149 per month or ₱1,190 per year and can be shared with up to five family members. New buyers of a qualifying Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, AirPods Pro 3, or Powerbeats Pro 2 can receive three free months of Fitness+.
