Apple Fitness+ is kicking off 2025 with its most expansive lineup yet, offering new ways to stay active and mindful.

The updates include programs for strength training, pickleball, yoga, and breath meditation, along with an exciting collaboration with Strava. Here’s what you can expect starting January 6.

New Fitness+ Programs
1. Three Perfect Weeks of Strength
A structured, three-week strength program targets all major muscle groups. With 12 30-minute workouts, this progressive routine focuses on techniques like Progressive Overload, Time Under Tension, and Dynamic Power.
2. Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball
Designed in collaboration with pro pickleball champion Catherine Parenteau, this program helps users boost performance on the court with targeted exercises for strength and agility.
3. Yoga Peak Poses
These workshop-style sessions teach users to master poses like Dancer and Crow. Each session includes 10-minute prep flows and practice sessions.
4. Introduction to Breath Meditation
Learn powerful breathing techniques like box and ocean breathing to manage stress and boost focus. This program adds Breath as a new theme in Fitness+, complementing the 12 existing meditation themes.

Spotlight on Music and More
• Artist Spotlight Series
New workouts featuring music by Janet Jackson (starting January 13), Coldplay (January 20), Bruno Mars (January 27), and Kendrick Lamar (February 3). Each playlist energizes workouts across cycling, HIIT, strength, and more.
• Time to Walk Episodes
Walk alongside personalities like Adam Scott, Rita Ora, Daddy Yankee, Tiffany Haddish, and Maddie Ziegler as they share inspiring stories.
• Exclusive Dance Takeover
Alex Wong, a renowned choreographer, leads a special 20-minute Dance workout, bringing his high-energy routines to users of all levels.
Collaboration with Strava
Fitness+ now integrates seamlessly with Strava, displaying workout details like episode images and metrics within the app. Strava subscribers can enjoy up to three months of Fitness+ for free, and celebrated Strava athletes will join Fitness+ trainers as special guests throughout the year.
Limited-Time Apple Watch Challenge
Apple Watch users can earn a limited-edition award by closing all three Activity rings for seven consecutive days in January, adding extra motivation to kickstart the year.

Pricing and Availability
Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 (~PHP 560) per month or $79.99 (~PHP 4,500) annually and supports sharing with up to five family members.
It’s included in the Apple One Premier plan alongside other Apple services. New customers purchasing select Apple devices can also enjoy three months of Fitness+ for free.
Fitness+ is accessible in over 20 countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia. The Strava integration requires iOS 18.2 and the latest version of the Strava app.
