Apple Fitness+, a fitness and wellness service from Apple, will officially launch in the Philippines on December 15, giving users access to guided workouts and meditation sessions on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

With Fitness+, users can choose from 12 workout types, including Strength, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Meditation. Sessions run from five to 45 minutes. Users can follow workouts on their Apple devices and can view personal details like heart rate, calories burned, Activity ring progress, and effort level using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3.
The service features a group of trainers who develop and lead workouts together. Workouts also include music through Apple Music, with playlists from different genres like Upbeat Anthems, Latest Hits, Hip-Hop/R&B, and Latin Grooves. Apple is also adding a K-Pop genre that will be available across all workout types.
Fitness+ also offers Custom Plans, which create a schedule based on a user’s preferred workout types, trainers, durations, or music. Users can also enjoy Time to Walk, a feature that lets them listen to stories and songs from well-known personalities while walking. Recent guests include Yuki Tsunoda, Shawn Mendes, Jane Fonda, Daddy Yankee, and Naomi Campbell.

Fitness+ costs ₱149 per month or ₱1,190 per year and can be shared with up to five family members. New buyers of a qualifying Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, AirPods Pro 3, or Powerbeats Pro 2 can receive three free months of Fitness+. The service can be found inside the Fitness app on iPhone, with full access also available on iPad and Apple TV.
Apple says the global expansion makes Fitness+ available to users in 49 countries.
