Asus yesterday unveiled their flagship products in the Eee PC series -- a 15.6" All-in-One Touchscreen Desktop PC (Eee Top ET16) and the Eee PC S101 -- both of which caters to the high-end segment of the Eee PC market. The Eee PC S101 was announced in October 2008 and took 4 months to get to the Philippines, primarily because of the price tag of Php34,800+. The S101 is basically similar to the Eee PC 1000H but caters more to the fashion-conscious crowd. The Asus Eee Top ET1603 is a 15.6" touchscreen desktop running an Intel Atom CPU with 1GB of RAM and 160GB HDD with built-in WiFi. Asus has unveiled a new member of its Eee family of PC - the All-in-One Asus Eee Monitor. Why get an iMac for $1,199 when you can get two and a half Asus Eee Monitor (at $500 a pop) for that amount? No other detail has been made on the type of CPU (though the Intel Atom is a good likelihood, similar to the Asus Eee Box), HDD and memory {via}.
