ASUS announced through the ZenCircle website that the photo-sharing app is closing its doors on October 16, 2017. ASUS did not provide any clear reason why they're shutting down the photo-sharing app and just promised that they'll be back with more exciting features in the future. According to Asus, this was done to provide existing users time to back up their pictures. If you've been storing your photos exclusively on ZenCircle then it is advised that you start backing up immediately as ASUS didn't make it any easier either, users have to individually download their photos, ASUS did not include an option for mass download. ASUS also made it a pain to delete your personal profile as you have to send them an email at [email protected] and wait for further instructions. Asus Philippines will finally launch the newer edition of its Eee PC series this week. After last month's launching at Computex in Taiwan, Asus is bringing here the 10-inch Eee PC 1000. From the Asus website, looks like they'd be coming out with 6 shiny colors of the Asus Eee PC -- Red, Green, Black, Peony White, Pearl White and Fine Ebony.
