Telegram, one of the world’s biggest messaging apps, is valued at around 30 billion dollars, yet it is run by only about 30 employees working from home across different countries. The company now serves more than 1 billion users, but it does not follow the usual setup of large tech firms that rely on hundreds or thousands of staff. Tycoon Elizaldy Co and Misibis Bay Resort which he owns have filed a PHP 1-Billion cyber libel lawsuit against Facebook, YouTube, and Peter Advincula following the events of the "Ang Totoong Narco List" video that circulated in the social media platforms. It also amounts to PHP 550-Million which is a total of PHP 1.1-Billion in damages. According to PAGASA, the app was developed in response to growing smartphone usage among its users and forms part of the agency’s efforts to modernize weather and climate services in the Philippines. The streaming platform introduced a new vertical video feature called Clips, designed to help users discover content through short, personalized snippets based on viewing habits. Users can save titles, share clips, or jump directly into shows and movies from the feed. Telegram has released a fully native Apple Watch app, bringing messaging and media features directly to watchOS users.
