#BIR business registration

The Bureau of Internal Revenue recently eased the processing of business registration by removing the mayor's permit among the list of documentary requirements to be submitted by the applicants. Based on the memorandum issued by Commissioner Caesar Dulay, it prescribes the updated policy and checklist of prescribed requirements on the registration of businesses and other types of applications.  The removal of the mayor's permit from the list is in accordance with the BIR Citizen’s Charter. To check the complete list of requirements for business registration, click here. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requires them to show a Registration Seal Badge on their pages. The BIR said users no longer need to post their full Certificate of Registration. The BIR states that this initiative establishes trust between buyers and sellers while maintaining transparency for online business operations.
