Blackmagic Design has officially released DaVinci Resolve 21, bringing a new Photo page, AI-powered tools, workflow improvements, and expanded camera format support. Blackmagic Design said the update is now available for both the free and Studio versions of DaVinci Resolve. DaVinci Resolve 21 now includes a new Photo page that lets users edit images, as Blackmagic Design expands its app beyond video. The app supports camera control for live photo capture and allows collaboration through Blackmagic Cloud, though some features require payment. With this update, Blackmagic Design is adding more editing tools that may compete with apps like Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. Blackmagic Design has released version 2.1 of its Camera app for iOS, introducing new features specifically for iPhone 16 users.
