ASUS has announced the VivoWatch 6 Plus at Computex 2026, introducing new health monitoring features focused on blood pressure, ECG tracking, and wellness monitoring. The smartwatch retains ASUS’ existing blood pressure and ECG monitoring capabilities while adding new features such as sleep breathing movement tracking and gait analysis. What this means, is that the Samsung Health Monitor paired with the sensors on the Galaxy Watch Active2 is now considered as an official over-the-counter and cuffless blood pressure monitoring tool. After calibrating the Galaxy Watch Active2 with a traditional cuff, users can tap to measure their blood pressure. The software then uses the data between the calibration value and blood pressure change to determine the user's blood pressure.
