Canon has officially announced the successor to the 60D, the Canon EOS 70D. The Canon 70D sits between the older 7D and the 60D but Canon introduced the dual-pixel CMOS in order to capture better video at faster focus times. The Canon 70D will retail for $1,199 for the body only or $1,349 with the 18-55 STM lens, or $1,549 with the 18-135 STM lens.
