As a successor to the S90, the Powershot S95 has a similar build and construction, only a bit smaller this time and with several enhancements and additional features to boot. The Canon S95 comes in a compact, no-fuss, matte-black metal casing reminiscent of the popular Ixus line (just a little thicker). Launched in the Philippines just last month, the Canon Powershot S95 came in with a suggested retail price of Php27,950. The Powershot S95 is one of the very few Canon point-and-shoot cameras that can do manual settings, shoot 720p HD videos and to top it off, has a nice and large f/2.0 opening (aperture). The Canon EOS R50 V and Canon PowerShot V1 have been launched, priced, and are now available in the Philippines. Meanwhile, the Canon PowerShot V1 is a compact camera with a large 1.4-inch sensor.
