Canon Philippines has opened pre-orders for its new compact camera made for vlogging, the Canon PowerShot V1.

To recap, the PowerShot V1 features a 22MP Type 1.4 CMOS sensor and a 16-50mm f/2.8-4.5 zoom lens. It offers 4K video recording at up to 60 fps with a cooling fan for extended sessions and supports 10-bit Log footage via Canon Log3.

The V1 includes a 3-inch articulating touchscreen, Dual Pixel AF II, and advanced stabilization with EIS and OIS. Designed for content creators, it offers both photo and video modes, including RAW capture.

Price and availability

The Canon PowerShot V1 is priced at PHP 54,998 and is available for pre-order via Canon stores or authorized Canon dealers nationwide. Customers can bundle it with the HG-100TBR tripod grip for an additional PHP 2,000.

Pre-orders in the Philippines run until April 30, 2025.
