The eCAV (Electronic Certified Academic Verification) system has been launched in the Philippines. This includes the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and Department of Education (DepEd). Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has adopted a policy to continue flexible learning in the years to come—as Philippine universities and colleges continue to prohibit traditional face-to-face classes. Globe partners with Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to offer free data access for Globe and TM subscribers to access quality educational resources for teachers and students through their online learning portal - PHL CHED Connect. PHL CHED Connect is an online learning platform developed by CHED to maximize the use and boost the availability of educational materials for self-learning at home. The PHL CHED Connect can be accessed through mobile phones, tablets, or personal computers for free. Launched in January 2026 alongside the PEMEDES Licensing Portal, the program introduced a centralized platform for complaint monitoring, rider registration, and compliance tracking among delivery service providers.
